For the past few days, I have been feeling pretty sick. I’ve been coughing a lot, having bad head aches, and generally not felling well. I’m trying to get over this sickness by drinking lots of Vitamin Waters and taking my vitamins. So far, it’s helping me out a little bit, but I’m still not feeling much better.
After weeks of doing nothing for myself, I finally started up exercising again along with taking my vitamins in the morning. I’ve only started back up a few days ago, but I already feel better then I did before. Even though it’s not getting rid of my anxiety, it’s helping me feel better on both the inside and out.
Starting on Thursday, I decided to run a little test on myself. For the next 2 in a half days, I would keep myself up without falling asleep once. The first day went by pretty great. I felt kind of slow, but it wasn’t something that kept me from functioning normally. My friend did comment that I looked like I was drunk by the way I was walking though. However, on the second day, things seemed to have gotten pretty strange. After spending the night at my bros house, I came home and my memory was completely shot. I would put something down and forget where I put it. This confusion continued on until later that night when a buddy of mine came over. After a few drinks, I was gone. I was at the point of almost hallucinating and I kept hearing voices. It was kind of scary, but pretty fun at the same time.
The next day, I woke up completely fine. I only slept a total of 10 hours, but I think that was enough to get me refreshed. If I try an experiment like this again, I’ll definitely try staying up longer.
This week has been pretty great so far. I’ve been looking around a few of my classes, and in my English class, there are some cute girls that I’d be interested in hooking up with. The one girl who sits in front of me is really cute, and I’ve been wanting to talk to her for a long time. Hopefully something will work out.
Well, last night was pretty fun. I met a girl that I found off of Facebook, and she seems really cool. We had a great time talking (for almost 2 hours) at Starbucks. That cheered up my day
